Supported Affiliate Payout Methods

Overview of supported affiliate payout methods including PayPal, Wise, bank transfers, crypto, and custom payment instructions.

When it comes time to pay your affiliates, Discover Mac Apps allows you to offer a wide variety of payout options to your affiliates.

It is important to note that Discover Mac Apps does not hold your funds, nor do we directly transfer money from your bank account to the affiliate. You are responsible for executing the payouts. We provide the ledger, calculate the earnings, and give you the affiliate's payment details so you can easily send the funds manually.

Supported Methods

When configuring your Affiliate Program, you can choose which of the following payout methods you want to support:

  1. PayPal: Affiliates provide their PayPal email address.
  2. Wise: Affiliates provide their Wise email address for direct transfers.
  3. Crypto: Affiliates provide their Crypto Wallet Address.
  4. Apple Pay: Affiliates provide their phone number or Apple ID email.
  5. Payoneer: Affiliates provide their Payoneer email address.
  6. Bank Transfer: Affiliates provide their full banking details (Bank Name, Account Holder, Account Number/IBAN, Routing/SWIFT, Country).

The Payout Workflow

  1. Affiliates enter their details for your supported payout methods in their dashboard settings.
  2. Once they reach the Minimum Withdrawal threshold, they click Request Payout.
  3. You navigate to the Payouts tab in your merchant dashboard.
  4. You view the affiliate's requested payout amount and their payment details.
  5. You log into your preferred financial institution (e.g., PayPal, Wise, or your Bank) and manually transfer the funds to the affiliate.
  6. Return to the Discover Mac Apps dashboard and click Mark as Paid to update their balance and close the request.

[!NOTE] We strongly recommend communicating your supported payout methods clearly in your program description or onboarding questions so affiliates know how they will be compensated before they begin promoting.
